*This warranty is extended to defects in the materials and workmanship of Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc. teeth used in the fabrication of the denture. This warranty does not extend to workmanship on the part of the laboratory or the dental practitioner. Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc. will provide replacement teeth free, provided that: (1) the prosthesis is a complete upper or lower denture; (2) all teeth in the denture are Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc. teeth; and (3) the denture was registered with Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc. within 30 days of insertion.
